Post Operative Care

"The Homecoming" Essentials (4–6 hour transition) | $400 +

*This package is perfect for same day surgeries where the first few hours home can be the most overwhelming. 

  • Safe Escort- We meet you at the surgical center, manage pharmacy pick up, and provide a "hospital-to-bed" transition (our nurses do not personally transport patients, but can facilitate safe transport)

  • The "Nesting" Set up- We prepare your recovery space (pillows, water, chargers, cooling/heating pads, essential oils, etc.) so you don't have to move!

  • Clinical Baseline- Vital sign monitoring and a comprehensive assessment to ensure anesthesia is wearing off safely

  • Medication Roadmap- We set up your pain management schedule so you never "chase" the pain

The "Tucked-In" 12 Hour Care | $1000 + 

*Recommended for more complex procedures (tummy tucks, mastectomy, breast augmentation, joint replacement)

  • Includes everything in the "Homecoming" Essentials plus...

  • Continuous assessment for signs of post-operative complications

  • Expert Wound & Drain Care- RN-led dressing changes and meticulous measurement of surgical drain output

  • Assistance with your surgical garment

  • Surgeon Liaison- We document your recovery and can communicate directly with surgeons' office should any "red flags" arise

The "Common Bond" 24-hour care | $1650 +

*Can be split into two 12 hour days or three 8 hour days

*Does not include overnight care, however, includes virtual access to nurse with non emergent medical questions

  • Includes all services from packages above plus...

  • Concierge Refresh- Light meal prep, linen changes and housekeeping

  • Second Set of Ears- nurse to attend post op appointment and acts as clinical advocate


A la Carte Services:

Suture/Staple or Drain Removal | $75

  • Performing these in-home (with surgeon approval and order) to save our patient an exhausting trip to the clinic

First Night "Vital Check" | $120

  • A 2-hour evening visit to monitor vitals, assess for post-anesthesia complications, and ensure the client can safely navigate to the bathroom

"Clinical Refresh" | $120

  • Stand-by RN assistance for the first post-op shower and fresh dressing application afterward
