The "Safety First" | $175 (60-90 minute)

  • Vital Signs and Physical Baseline- Height, Weight, BP, HR, Oxygen Saturation, Temperature

  • Mobility and Fall Risk Screening- Performance of the "Timed Up and Go" (TUG) test and a functional gait assessment
